Often grandparents can be very hard to buy for as they are at an age where they have everything they need. Shelz69 06/01/2019 at 1:16 pm Log in to Reply The calendar is always a hit with my Mum and Dad and they love seeing their grandchildren on it every month. Always a winner in this family. I think the Momento is lovely too but a little bit more pricey. I always buy grandad a good book and a packet of scorched almonds. , its become a tradition in our family Alezandra 04/01/2019 at 8:36 pm Log in to Reply I knew Snapfish will make the list coz this is our Christmas gift to the grandparents. This is a good list to have for the next Christmas or even for grandparents’ birthdays. Shorrty4life1 03/01/2019 at 4:46 pm Log in to Reply I love the momentoes gift idea and the personalised calender. What great ideas. I never thought of a fresh cheese box. How cool is that. I never even thought of that. What a great idea. Everyone loves cheese and crackers at this time of the year. Will have to remember that for next gifts ♥ kymmage 31/12/2018 at 1:07 pm Log in to Reply My parents don’t like things – they have enough ‘stuff’ so I stick to small things like jewellery or vouchers. I often like to go with a dinner voucher. Something they couldn’t afford to do themselves. The other grandparents are really into gardening so vouchers again mean I’m not buying things that they don’t want and they can pick and choose what they need. As they have gotten older their diets and things have changed so we can’t do as many food related gifts. felicity beets 29/12/2018 at 9:30 am Log in to Reply I love the mad millie kits – and would definitely like to try the chocolate making one. The personalised calendars look good as well but would need to plan ahead for that one. SarahBlair 24/12/2018 at 5:37 pm Log in to Reply I love the Trespass Sign!! I still need to buy for the grandparents but I will do that after Christmas as we wont be seeing them until the new year. MuddledUpMolly 20/12/2018 at 7:55 am Log in to Reply Great ideas here for a range of interests! I always find the grandparents tricky to buy for so this year this will make things so much easier, as long as I get on to it ASAP! Micht 18/12/2018 at 7:41 pm Log in to Reply The personalized character definitely works and each year my daughters daycare offers the option and we always take it…it is affordable, handy and very cute… they look forward it… Mands1980 18/12/2018 at 5:53 pm Log in to Reply We always get family photos done in spring and then make up a calender with the kids birthday on them through snapfish and they always go on special at some stage so when they do I purchase them for us and the grandparents. I have always wandered about the cheese kits I will have to purchase one day and see what it is like to gift another on. Bevik1971 18/12/2018 at 12:03 pm Log in to Reply The Cheese making kit is a great idea 🙂 We usually get our daughter to make the grandies a card with her own art on it as they love these and doesn’t cost anything. Baking is always a good idea for the sweet tooth and the school personalised calendars are cool also Leave A Comment Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
