Easy spaghetti bake



  • 4 cups spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 450g ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup tomato passata (or a tin of peeled tomatoes, chopped)
  • half a cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of pepper


Preheat oven to 180C.

In a large frypan cook ground beef until done, and drain.

In a large greased casserole dish, stir together meat and spaghetti lightly.

Heat remaining ingredients thoroughly in a small saucepan and pour over spaghetti mixture. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
