Easy spaghetti bake
- 4 cups spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 450g ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup tomato passata (or a tin of peeled tomatoes, chopped)
- half a cup water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of pepper
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a large frypan cook ground beef until done, and drain.
In a large greased casserole dish, stir together meat and spaghetti lightly.
Heat remaining ingredients thoroughly in a small saucepan and pour over spaghetti mixture. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
