Healthy Easter Bunny Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Bananas
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a blender/ food processor
Lightly coat a pan with oil (coconut oil for a healthy option)
Pour batter into pan to desired size and cook until golden on both sides
