Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
Whisk in milk and water until it is the consistency that will coat the back of a spoon.
Dip your fish or chicken into the batter.
Fry in hot oil until golden.
Notes
Make sure you shake off excess batter before you fry your fish or chicken.
You can use this batter immediately but if you let it sit for an hour, it will give you a lighter, crisper finished product.
