Gingerbread Men Cookies

This recipe is so easy to make even the kids can help. With the dry ingredients already mixed in a jar, all you have to add are some pantry staples and start baking.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar Lots Of Gingerbread Men Cookies Ingredient Jar Link above
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Golden syrup
  • 150 grams Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180c.
  • In a pot, melt butter and golden syrup.
  • Add sugar from the sachet and mix.
  • Add egg and quickly mix until combined.  
  • Add contents of jar and mix again. 
  • Chill dough in fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Tip dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to 5mm thick.

  • Decorate the gingerbread Men with the Mini M&Ms or other prefered topping.
  • Bake for 6 mins.
