Sausage Pizza
Dial up your pizza toppings with sliced sausages! Pan-fry the sausages, cool, then slice for the best pizza in town.

- 1 pizza base
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 red onion
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- black olives (optional)
- 1-2 pre-cooked sausages
- 1 cup pizza cheese
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil to a medium heat.
Slice the sausages and pan fry for around 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Set the sausage slices aside.
Thinly slice the red onion, cherry tomatoes and olives (optional).
Preheat an oven to 180°C (fan-forced 160°C).
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base leaving a small edge. Sprinkle with the oregano.
Top with red onion, cherry tomatoes, and olives (if using).
Add the sausage slices to the pizza, distributing evenly.
Top with pizza cheese and bake for 8-12 mins or until golden. You may need to turn your pizza halfway to ensure even cooking.
Slice and serve!
