Semolina and Smooth Fruits

Ingredients

  • 250 ml yeast milk
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 120 g Rafferty’s Garden Pear & Apricot 4+ month

Instructions

  • Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan. 
  • Add the semolina, sugar and margarine and stir constantly until mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
  • Served topped with a dollop of Rafferty’s Garden Pear & Apricot or any other of your favourite fruit combo’s from the Rafferty’s NOTHING ELSE range

Notes

Storage tip: Refrigerate leftover portions and use within two days
