Kids pasta salad

Most kids love pasta in any shape or form and this lemony pasta salad is no exception. The sweetcorn gives a veggie hit while the tuna adds a punch of protein - perfect for a change from sandwiches in the lunch box.

Ingredients

  • 165g pasta shapes

    cooked without salt until just tender

  • 1 tin tuna in spring water

    drained, approx 150g

  • 1 small can sweetcorn in water

    drained, or 150g frozen sweetcorn

  • 0.5 lemon

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Chill.

This will keep a day or two in the fridge in an airtight container.
