Whether it’s a small cut on the finger, or even a surgical wound with stitches, wounds are part of everyday life. Fortunately, fast wound healing doesn’t have to be complicated thanks to the Elastoplast Wound Care Routine!

Elastoplast recommends the following three easy steps to heal wounds faster:

  1. Cleanse the wound fast and pain-free with the Elastoplast Wound Spray for protection from infection.
  2. For protection from dirt and bacteria, cover your wound with an Elastoplast plaster or wound dressing.
  3. For faster healing and lower risk of scarring, apply Elastoplast Wound Healing Ointment regularly until the wound has visibly healed. If necessary, re-cover using an Elastoplast plaster or wound dressing.

Elastoplast Wound Spray

Protects effectively from wound infections; colourless and odourless – does not leave any stains on skin and clothes; fast and pain-free application; suitable for sensitive skin.

Elastoplast Fabric Plaster

Protects from dirt and bacteria; strong adhesion; flexible; breathable.

We trialled the Elastoplast wound care kit, and I was really impressed. So were the family. The wound spray was a real favourite – my husband really hurt his hand, and only used the spray and he was really impressed how his hand stopped hurting so quickly. With the whole kit – the spray certainly helps with the early healing, and the plasters are fantastic (pre-cut was great as I hate cutting fabric plasters!) – and oh-so-sticky. Unlike other brands we weren’t losing the plasters after a shower or under clothes, and removing them, as per the video wasn’t mild torture either (other than the slowness that my 8 year old took to pull it off!). The cream after the plaster was removed really aided in healing as well and by Day 3/4 there really wasn’t a grazed knee to be seen… A really great system that I was so glad to be picked to be trialled as it will be going into our home first aid kit from now on! A great kit to have on hand in the car as well for those playtime/sports mishaps. Thanks Elastoplast and Kidspot for a great review opportunity

Ended up using this sooner than expected. Mr 2 fell over and badly grazed his knee. Tried the pray 1st and he instantly felt relief and liked something being put on the area. Plasters worked great. The after care cream definatly helped the recovery process too these are a great product to have in your 1st aid kit!

We were genuinely impressed with this product. The plasters were sticky enough to stay on the wound even after being in water and with the use of the other products it didn’t take long for the wound to heal. The spray was a good product to use to stop my child crying too which is always a bonus. The only feedback from my kids would be they would like a more fun design on them as they like the kids designs of other plasters.

These have been really great to use. Love that the spray & cream don’t sting on cuts & grazes & as always the plasters stay in for a long time despite my kids giving them a full work out! Video to come once I figure out how to upload it!!

I was lucky enough to trial this product. Have posted video but would like to leave a message too.

At first I was a bit skeptical, thinking oh here we go another product.

BUT IT IS SO EASY. just these three things are all you need to basic cuts and grazes etc. Makes life so simple and no screaming children was the wound spraybdoesnt sting compared to other products. That was my winner!

    Thank you!

We have just trialed these products at our 2 full day Grade 9 football tournament in Auckland. Plasters were great and lasted on field. Spray worked a treat. Bag itself broke on first zip. Great to package to have for our first aid box. .

Loved this set. I took it on holiday with us, and sure enough it was needed. The spray is perfect for on the go (I took it on our bike ride / beach day) and the plasters stuck really well (even over the spray). Very impressed. The spray also stopped the toddler and older children’s tears over grazed knees etc , I even sprayed sprayed it on an itchy bite. The bag isn’t the best quality, but an idea of a close fitting bag for those three items for families to throw in a back pack for a day trip would be really useful! Thanks again for the opportunity to try.

Video to come… I attempted one this morning with my 1yr old and it didn’t go well, cooperations pretty average haha. I did the 3 step process for some nasty cuts/scratches on her hand. Can’t wait to see the results but find it a good process I’m excited about 🙂

I submitted my videos tonight but just wanted to thank Kidspot for the opportunity to try these great products. My son has sensitive skin and all three items in the Elastoplast Wound Care Pack were gentle enough for his skin. The spray & ointment didn’t sting or anything, and the plaster didn’t even irritate his skin! The pack is a great size to take away as well. In fact, I’ve already packed it for our weekend getaway! I’ve always been nervous to try new products because my son’s skin tends to react quite badly, but I’m glad I took a chance on these products. I will be using them going forward. Thanks again!

So we were playing tennis today and my son fell over. We decided to do the Elastoplast wound care in a video as soon as we got home. My son found the spray great it didn’t sting at all. He decided he wanted the healing ointment on after then the plaster so itll be interesting to see the healing process with switching it up abit. I will also provide a second video in a couple days once we put more of the ointment on after taking the plaster off. Definitely an easy care pack with no stinging or pain makes it so much easier on the parent’s cleaning up a sore messy wound. Thanks again for letting us review elastoplast woundcare package kidspot. I highly recommend. It’ll definitely be coming in handy. I may just even put it in my car as it seems to be when we are out and about one gets hurt or wounded.

Love this! Even my daughter who doesnt like anything on her (stickers, stamps & plasters) was keen to try. Unfortunately they have been very sick so the girls have been inactive recently which doesnt call for many injuries like usual around here, but we did have a minor cut occur the day we recieved and have just uploaded the video. This stuff is so handy and great on my daughters skin, she usually reacts to everything but didnt show any sign of that with these products! Thanks for letting us trial these 🙂

Have just submitted my video review and thought I would leave a comment review as well. This is a very handy product for every parent to have! The wound spray is great, a lot easier than having to try and wipe the wound clean- and it doesn’t sting! The plasters are pretty good- we found the individual wrappers a bit of a mess to open but they did the job. The ointment was great too! Would definitely recommend this wound care pack

  12. Coring 25/09/2019 at 7:27 pm

wow, amazing. this 3 in a pack is the best. My daughter used the wound spray then put band aid on the wound. After awhile, the result was wonderful. The wound healed immediately. No mess, no fuzz. This product deserves a A plus. Thanks so much. I will highly recommend this to all families and homes as part of the first aide kit. Versatile, easy to carry and pack to bring with you wherever you go. thanks so much.

This is such a handy little pack, perfect for taking away for weekends or on holidays! I love that it has all three products in one pack, everything you need to sort out a scraped knee or ‘ouchie’ anywhere else. I used it on my son when he scraped his leg the other day – the disinfectant spray was great, because trying to wipe a cut/scrap is often the worst part as my kids just don’t want it to be touched. With the spray, I just needed a few nifty sprays and that (usually painful) part was over. The fabric plasters were great, super stretchy and flexible to keep up with a busy kid who doesn’t sit still – it stayed put and didn’t come off at all. The next day, we had a look at the scrape which was nice and clean and looking better, but we decided to speed the healing process up with some of the Elastoplast healing ointment. What a great product! It’s clear and non-greasy and just feels like it will sink into skin and improve the healing process. All in all, this is an ideal staple pack for the first aid kit and will be coming everywhere with us from now on. Thanks for the chance to review these products Elastoplast, we love them!

I got the pack over the weekend and already is a hit with my daughter, she loved the fact that I didn’t have to touch her wound to clean it, that I could spray to clean and the cream was great, I even used the cream on and cut that I got from a knife and it’s almost healed over the redness.

Thumbs up for this product pack

  15. WilliamsMummy 23/09/2019 at 8:24 pm

Arrived this morning! Thank you so much for the opportunity to try this. Bummer it didn’t arrive last week, Mr 8 skinned his knee. Will definitely keep it on hand for any cuts or scraps. The packaging is very cute too. Clear bag to keep everything in. So handy. Thanks again. Will post a video when I need to use it. Shorts weather means skinned knees.

Thank you for the chance to use these products. I used the cleaning spray and ointment for my 4 years old boy and it didn’t sting him. I’m pleased with the products as it’s easy to use and help healing the skin. The plaster is very stick to the skin which is great as barrier to protect the wound. Overall, awesome products and definitely will use this products again

Thanks for the chance to try these products – I have been able to use them on Miss 2 who fell at the playground. I am impressed with the products, the spray doesn’t sting and the ointment is nice to use as well as not stinging either. Have done a couple of vidoes but forgot to mention the product (hard to remember in the heat of the moment with an upset kids!) so will wait until the next chance to use them and try another!

It didn’t took long for me to try it. My boy fell of his bike this morning. I was amazed that the cleansing spray didn’t hurt him, he did complain when I put on the healing ointment, but I think it was more that I had to touch the wound. I love that both were odourless. He also enjoyed all the different things that we had to put on. Usually it doesn’t take long for the plasters to come loose or fall of, but it has been a few hours now and it is still attached. I will definitely continue to buy these. It definitely get a 10/10 from me. Thanks for letting me review such an awesome product.

Thank you, my package arrived this morning. I love the bag that it came in, it is so handy to have everything together. I will post another review as soon as I had to use it. Thanks

Arrived this morning and already used on my son, brilliant stuff and love the bag in comes in!

  21. Temira 19/09/2019 at 7:57 pm

Pain free experience for master 11 after a big scrape on elbow falling off his bike. He was pleasantly surprised using the spray, easy to put plasters on and off, feeling better already! What a handy little pack, highly recommended!

  22. Rubyt95 19/09/2019 at 3:28 pm

The spray was so easy to use and handy! The plasters lasted ages and didint just fall off as usual and I’ve used the cream a few times and it does actually heal quicker and my son loves that it dosent “hurt” when I put it on him! A fantastic kit to have! Has already been used so many times!

  23. mel yu 12/09/2019 at 1:21 pm

yes please!! will be handy for my family! My 4year old girl loves outdoor and always come home from daycare with bruises and bumps and cuts! Would not let me wash/bath the “ouchie” area. With summer coming up, we go camping quite a bit, this will be great to take with us everytime!

  24. Jen_Wiig 12/09/2019 at 12:37 pm

Having 3 incredibly active busy boys of 13,11 and 5 having plasters and first aid products on hand almost as necessary as breathing air. There isn’t a day that goes by where I’m not needing to use a plaster or an ointment for some cut, bump, bruise or for cleaning older wounds that have been bumped again or I will admit picked (grrrt) would love to give these a go always on the look out for innovative kid and life friendly products that will protect the boys an their gentle skin but also help the healing process rather than just cover it up.

These products would come in extremely handy coming into the warmer, as we are going to start teaching Mr 4 to ride his bike without training wheels! 😬 🚴

  26. Tamz_wyatt 10/09/2019 at 11:26 pm

Have little boy whom is already getting scraps and brusies at 8 months old

  27. yeye wu 10/09/2019 at 3:26 pm

It is getting warmer and warmer. The perfect outdoor playing days is more and more. My two littles both loving outdoor activities, etc all kinds of playground, basketball, soccer, rock climbing and more. They get lots of exercises. But on the other hands, they always get injured. It will be a great chance foe me if I can try them. I can experience them and compare them to the stuff I used before. Thanks for a great oppertunity.

    • Tara Burridge 11/09/2019 at 11:07 am

Wow this would be an awesome product to trial. I have a 4 year old who’s about to start learning to ride his 2 wheeler without trainer wheels! 🚴

  28. Mariaconlon 10/09/2019 at 12:40 pm

I would love to try them since when I buy plasters I buy the cartoon ones and I’d love to actually have some for real stuff rather than putting them on her bags and barbie dolls SIGH! I used to be allergic to fabric plasters as a kid so this could be a great trial for me too to see if this is still the case = or even for my daughter, as I usually avoid buying them

  29. Megan1 10/09/2019 at 12:01 pm
