Chocolate mousse with coffee

A super easy dessert, this chocolate mousse is made with ricotta cheese that's flavoured with coffee. Spoon into glasses and top with almond nougat for beautiful individual desserts.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams reduced fat ricotta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons coffee, cold
  • 120 grams strawberries, sliced
  • 70 grams  Chocolate Mousse Dessert
  • 20 grams crunchy almond nougat, coarsely chopped
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon

 

Method

Combine the ricotta and coffee.

Spoon layers of the mixture and the strawberries into 2 serving glasses.

Top with the Chocolate Mousse and sprinkle with the nougat and cinnamon.
