Ingredients
½ cup butter
1 cup plain flour
1/2 salt
1 baking powder
3 pinches cayenne pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese

Equipment
- 1 food processor
- 1 baking paper
- 1 oven
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until combined.
- Shape into 1 and 1/2 – 2 inch rolls and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Slice each roll into slices about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake on baking paper for approx 10 minutes in a 180 degree oven.
