Make a noise box

Shake a rhythm to a rhyme or just make some noise, this noise box will drive your parents crazy – not to mention a sibling or two! Craft your way to noise and fun with this great art and craft project for kids.

What you need:

• tissue box
• paint
• paintbrush
• coloured paper or stickers
• small balls
• scissors

Number of players:
1+

Activity:

Decorate the tissue box using paint, cut out coloured paper shapes or stickers.

Set aside to dry.

Fill the box with the small balls through the tissue opening.

When you shake the box it will make a rumbling sound.

Notes:

• Young children will enjoy the noise making involved in this activity. They will also find it fun to put the balls inside the box, and pull them out again.
