Ingredients
500g mince
1 capsicum
chopped
1 onion
chopped
1 tomatoes
crushed
3 cups mushrooms
sliced
1 zucchini
chopped
1 cup grated cheese
6-8 crusty bread rolls
1 tbsp cream of mushroom soup mix

Equipment
- 1 Large pan or skillet
- 1 Oven
- 1 Baking sheet
Instructions
- Brown mince then add the chopped onion. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add chopped capsicum, mushroom and zucchini.
- After a few minutes, add the tin of crushed tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup mix and seasoning to taste.
- If the mixture appears to be too dry you can add some tomato paste or maybe one crushed tomato. Simmer on low heat to mix in the flavours for 20 minutes.
- Once mince is cooked, spoon into bread rolls, top with grated cheese and put into oven until cheese is melted and bread rolls are nice and crisp.
