Homemade teething rusks recipe

Babies and toddlers are always happy to have teething rusks to chew on when they are cutting new teeth. Now you can make your own teething rusks at home - they're super-easy and good for your kids.

Ingredients

  • 5 slices wholemeal stale bread

Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet

Instructions

  1. Remove the crusts.
  2. Cut the bread into fingers.
  3. Put the bread on a baking sheet and bake in a very slow oven at 125C for 1 hour or until the bread fingers are dry and hard.
  4. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
