Sausage rolls
Ingredients
- 500g sausage mince
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- salt, pepper and parsley
- 6 slices puff pastry, cut into halves
Method
Mix all the ingredients together.
Form a long sausage shape down the middle of each half of pastry, and roll up,
Cut into any desired size. You can do party sausage rolls or big ones.
Bake till pastry is puffed up, and slightly browned.
