1kg frozen or fresh peas
300g shortcut bacon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter

- 1 lidded frypan
- 1 bowl
Instructions
- In a lidded frypan, heat olive oil and fry bacon for 3 minutes.
- Add peas and toss.
- Place lid on and steam for 4 mins stirring occasionally. Serve in a bowl with the butter on top.
