Ingredients
1 cup water
1 chicken breast
¼ cup rice
3 carrots
peeled and sliced
120g green beans

Equipment
- 1 medium size saucepan
- 1 food processor
Instructions
- Add water, chicken and rice to a medium size saucepan and simmer 20 minutes.
- Add carrots and beans, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain chicken and vegetables, reserving liquid.
- Place chicken and vegetables in a food processor and add enough reserved liquid to make a moist, smooth consistency.
