- 3 cups of sugar
- 4 quarts water
- 14 slices of ginger root
- 4 cups of lemon juice
- 2 lemons sliced
In large saucepan, combine sugar, water and ginger. Heat to boiling, stirring occassionally.
Stir in lemon juice. Cool for 15 minutes. Refrigerate for a hour.
Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices
