Pizza

A simple recipe with topping ideas for families to make easy pizzas at home tailored to your own favourite tastes and flavours. There are lots of interesting combinations you can try. Buon appetito!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre made pizza base

    or use a recipe for simple pizza dough

  • tomato paste

    to taste

  • grated cheese

    to taste

  • pineapple

    to taste

  • ham

    to taste

  • bacon

    to taste, cut into pieces

  • sour cream

    for topping

  • chives

    for topping

  • baby spinach leaves

    for topping

  • feta cheese

    for topping

  • semi-dried tomato

    optional

  • olives

    optional

  • pepperoni

    optional

Equipment

  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Pizza tray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Spread the pizza base with tomato paste.
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Cook bacon pieces until done.
  5. Add your desired toppings like cooked bacon, ham, and pineapple. Leave off the spinach leaves, feta cheese, sour cream, and chives for now.
  6. Cook for 10 – 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Take the pizza out of the oven and top with baby spinach leaves, feta cheese, sour cream, and chives.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Tip
For a fresh finish, add delicate toppings like baby spinach, feta cheese, sour cream, and chives after the pizza has been baked.
Variation
Feel free to add other toppings like semi-dried tomatoes, olives, or pepperoni.
