Ingredients
1 small French bread stick
cut into 8 slices
30g butter
½ cup sultanas
¾ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 eggs
1 cup cream
2 vanilla

- 1 shallow ovenproof dish
- 1 whisk
- 1 oven
Instructions
- Spread one side of the bread slices with butter. Place them buttered side up in a shallow ovenproof dish and sprinkle with sultanas.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and whisk well.
- Pour the custard mixture over the bread.
- Bake until set.
- If desired, dust with sifted icing sugar before serving.
