Healthy strawberry smoothie

Kick-start your morning with this healthy strawberry smoothie. Quick to make, really tasty and the kids love it, too!

Healthy Strawberry Smoothie

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cubes of ice
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup of frozen
  • strawberries

Method

1. Pour all of the ingredients into the blender (make sure you have adult supervision.)

2. Place the lid on the blender and blend for 45-60 seconds, until smooth.

3. Pour your smoothie into a glass and ENJOY!

Serves 1 large glass.

To make more than one double the ingredients.
