Ingredients
500g sausage mince
1 large onion
diced
½ cup tomato sauce
to taste salt
to taste pepper
to taste parsley
6 slices puff pastry
cut into halves

- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Baking tray
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together (except for the pastry).
- Form a long sausage shape down the middle of each half of pastry, and roll up.
- Cut into any desired size. You can do party sausage rolls or big ones.
- Bake till pastry is puffed up, and slightly browned.

You can make party-sized sausage rolls or larger ones depending on your preference.
