Takes a bit of getting used to the flavour (I tried it before giving it to my pre-teen girl – not as floral or fruity as I somehow expected it to be!) but it was great, love that it’s sugar-free. Helps her stay calm when she’s experiencing some triggers for her anxiety, as well as simple breathing exercises we went through.

My 10-year-old has really responded well to the Stay Cool Spray. It’s been such a great little support for moments that usually make them nervous — like school presentations or sports games. Just a couple of sprays and I notice they’re more relaxed and focused.
I love that it’s natural, sugar-free, and alcohol-free, with a pleasant grape flavour they actually like. It’s so easy to keep in their school bag for when they need a quick confidence boost. Definitely a new must-have for our family! 💜
I would love to try this. As a mum of 4 children some of whom have high emotions this would be good to try with them. My 10 year old is off to camp at the end of next month and has major anxiety around going and we would love to see if that would help those anxious feelings around that.
