Baked apples

These baked apples are an old-fashioned but delicious recipe. Served with hot custard you can't beat the golden sweetness that you can only get from baking. They form their own buttery caramel sauce in the dish underneath.

    cored

  • 100g butter

    softened

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup sultanas

  • 1 baking dish
  • 1 bowl

Instructions
