Oriental chicken meatballs
- 500 g minced chicken
- 2 onions
- 1 tbs tomato sauce
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- carrot and zucchini
- hokkien noodles
- 1 jar sweet and sour with plum sauce (Kantong)
Grate 1 onion and combine with minced chicken, tomato and worcestershire sauce.
Make into small meatballs and cook in pan with small amount oil.
Once cooked, remove from pan. Add 1 chopped onion, zucchini and carrots to pan.
When onion is cooked add meatballs, sweet and sour sauce and hokkien noodles. Simmer until carrots are cooked.
