Double choc fudge brownies

These yummy double chocolate cupcakes don't need icing when you bite in you get a liquid drop of chocolate perfect as a snack or dessert

Ingredients

  • 250 gm butter

    chopped

  • 1 cup castor sugar

  • 1 cup flour

  • ¾ cup cocoa

  • 0.6ml baking powder

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 block good quality dark chocolate

Equipment

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Cup cake tin
  • 1 Cupcake cases
  • 1 Oven

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, sugar.
  2. Place in a bowl and add sifted flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix.
  4. Line a cup cake tin with cases and add mixture.
  5. Place a piece of good quality dark chocolate in the middle of each one.
  6. Bake for 20 mins in preheated oven at 180 C.
