Egg and vegetable omelette

This easy toddler-friendly omelette is full of protein and veggies making it a nutritious breakfast or lunch for any little one with a hungry tum!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1 splash milk

  • vegetables

    any, finely chopped

  • cooked, diced bacon

    optional

  • 1 fork
  • 1 microwave safe container
  • 1 microwave

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg with a fork, add milk, vegetables (and bacon).
  2. Pour into microwave safe container (a plastic tumbler works well).
  3. Microwave on high for approximately a minute.
  4. Allow to cool and serve with tomato sauce (optional).

Notes

Tip
Always watch egg in the microwave, it may need less (or more time). The mixture should rise like a souffle.
