1 cup flour
sifted
1 cup raw sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup cocoa powder
1 pinch instant coffee
½ cup choc chips
1 cup milk
½ cup apple sauce
½ tsp vinegar
½ tsp vanilla essence

- 1 patty pans
- 1 bowl
- 1 mixer
- 1 skewer
- 1 wire rack
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
- Line a 12 cup tray with patty pans and set aside.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix using a mixer until smooth.
- Fill patty pans two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a skewer pushed into the centre comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes and then place on a wire rack to cool.
