2 cups rolled oats
½ cup slivered almonds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup coconut
¼ cup sultanas
½ cup honey
½ cup oil

Instructions
- Mix together oats, almonds, sunflower seed, and coconut in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the honey and oil together and then add to the oat mixture. Stir well.
- Spread onto a greased baking tray and cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, or until browned.
- When the mixture has cooled, add the sultanas.
