Tutti fruity muesli

The perfect way to start the day is with this toasted muesli. Nuts, seeds and dried fruit pack a nutritional punch while coconut gives a tropical tang. Eat up!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup slivered almonds

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup coconut

  • ¼ cup sultanas

  • ½ cup honey

  • ½ cup oil

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Baking tray

Instructions

  1. Mix together oats, almonds, sunflower seed, and coconut in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the honey and oil together and then add to the oat mixture. Stir well.
  3. Spread onto a greased baking tray and cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, or until browned.
  4. When the mixture has cooled, add the sultanas.

Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature once completely cooled.
