I honestly can’t stand ginger crunch but I do like the look of this recipe as it is relatively simple to do and definitely something that I know my children would enjoy making and eating!

I remember making this when I was a child, it was always really popular with us as kids, I’m sure that it would be a winner with my kids too!

Not a big fan of ginger desserts but this recipe might help me try it and maybe lessen the ginger taste maybe, although it might not turn out what it’s meant to be. I’d rather try a chocolate version.

I reckon my boys would love it too as long as they don’t know its real name orrrrr I tell them after they’ve eaten it.

Oh goodness, ginger crunch is one of my all time favourite slices! My Grandma made the best ginger crunch bless her 🙂 I did try a chocolate fudge last week from the Edmonds book and it turned out great! Love the old school slice recipes, just need a mixer to make the baking a bit easier 🙁 My 6 year old daughter loves baking with me

This sounds like a really simple recipe. I might try some this year! I’ve found ginger crunch sometimes can be quite overpowering, so I wonder if reducing the amount of ginger might make it a little more subtle?

Yummm ginger crunch. I haven’t had this in years. I get alot of bloating and upset belly so this could definitely be what I need to settle it with the ginger. Great recipe choice. Will definitely be writing this one down. Looks so simple to make.
