Pasta salad
Ingredients
- 1 packet of penne pasta
- 1 Spanish onion
- 1 can tuna in spring water
- A handful of chopped fresh parsley
- A handful of Spanish olives
- 1 boiled egg
Dressing:
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Method
Cook pasta.
Chop parsley and onion and egg.
Finely combine cooked pasta with all ingredients.
Add dressing to salad and mix until all combined.
