Pasta salad

This pasta salad uses penne pasta, olives, tuna and parsley to create a light Mediterranean version of this summer time salad classic that's perfect with barbecues and cold meats.

Ingredients

  • 1 penne pasta

  • 1 Spanish onion

  • 1 tin tuna in spring water

  • 1 handful fresh parsley

    chopped

  • 1 handful Spanish olives

  • 1 boiled egg

  • 1 lemon

    for dressing

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

    for dressing

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Large bowl

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Chop parsley and onion and egg.
  3. Combine cooked pasta with all ingredients.
  4. Add dressing to salad and mix until all combined.
