Peaches with crunchy muesli

Perfecty for breakfast for all the family these tinned peaches topped with yoghurt, cottage cheese and muesli tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • 8 halves peach

    in natural juice, drained

  • 200g lite strawberry yogurt

  • 300g low-fat cottage cheese

  • 80g muesli

    toasted

  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Absorbent paper

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches on absorbent paper.
  2. Combine the Lite strawberry yoghurt, cottage cheese and muesli and serve spooned onto the peaches.
  3. Serve immediately.

Tip
Serve immediately to keep the muesli crunchy.
