Ingredients
¼ cup self-raising flour
(40g)
¼ cup caster sugar
(60g)
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp water
(60ml)
½ tsp icing sugar
to sprinkle on top
ice cream
optional, for serving
Equipment
- 1 Large mug or tea cup
- 1 Microwave
Instructions
- Add flour to the cup.
- Add sugar to the cup.
- Add cocoa to the cup.
- Add oil to the cup.
- Add water to the cup.
- Mix all together until you have a smooth mixture.
- Place into the microwave on high for 1 min 40 seconds.
- Dust with a little icing sugar and EAT!

Tip
I like to add a scoop of ice cream on top.

I have used a BIG tea cup because my mugs are too small.
