2 frozen puff pastry
½ cup caster sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 baking trays
- 1 baking paper
- 1 oven
Instructions
- Lay pastry sheets on the bench to defrost.
- In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- When pastry is defrosted sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mix evenly over the top of each sheet.
- Turn the top edge down 2cm and the bottom edge up 2cm and repeat. Fold both sides together and press down firmly. Cut 1 cm strips and place on the tray cut sides up leaving 3 cm between each pastry.
- Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
