Weetbix custard

This is a quick breakfast or dessert idea for kids who say they don't have time to eat but will have a smoothie this is a homemade up and go

Ingredients

  • 2 Weetbix

    crushed

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 tsp sugar

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 refrigerator

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 45-60 seconds or till smooth.
  3. Chill for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Serve cold.

Notes

Tip
Ensure the Weetbix are well crushed before adding to the blender for a faster result.
Variation
Add a dash of vanilla essence or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
Storage
Keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
