Lamb chop casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb chops
  • 2 onions
  • gravy mix
  • garlic
  • mixed herbs
  • Worchestershire sauce

Method

Place the lamb chops in a casserole dish.

Layer over the top with onions. Add a cup full of water.

Mix up your gravy, add the garlic, mixed herbs and worchestershire sauce.

Pour over the top of chops and bake in the over for 1 1/2 hours.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with mash spuds, peas, beans and any other veggies
