Ingredients
1kg lamb chops
2 onions
gravy mix
garlic
mixed herbs
Worcestershire sauce
Equipment
- 1 casserole dish
Instructions
- Place the lamb chops in a casserole dish.
- Layer over the top with onions. Add a cup full of water.
- Mix up your gravy, add the garlic, mixed herbs and worchestershire sauce.
- Pour over the top of chops and bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours.
