Lamb chop casserole

This easy lamb chop casserole recipe is a great way to use this always popular cut of lamb. Served with mashed potato and green beans, it will become a family favourite casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1kg lamb chops

  • 2 onions

  • gravy mix

  • garlic

  • mixed herbs

  • Worcestershire sauce

Equipment

  • 1 casserole dish

Instructions

  1. Place the lamb chops in a casserole dish.
  2. Layer over the top with onions. Add a cup full of water.
  3. Mix up your gravy, add the garlic, mixed herbs and worchestershire sauce.
  4. Pour over the top of chops and bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Notes

Tip
Serve with mash spuds, peas, beans and any other veggies
