Mighty patties

A super simple barbecue recipe that's made for hiding hidden veggies! Make this meal quick sticks when you're on the go but want something filling yet healthy.

Ingredients

  • 500g mince

  • 3 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 clove garlic

    finely chopped

  • 1 onion

    grated

  • 1 carrot

    grated

  • mixed herbs

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Frying pan
  • 1 BBQ
  • 1 Griller

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties of your desired size.
  3. Fry, cook on the BBQ, or use a griller to cook the patties until they are cooked through.
