This Mars Bar popcorn is a delicious twist on plain popcorn and the kids will love making it. It's perfect for movie night at home.

¼ cup popping corn
1 Mini Mars Bars
of 12 (216g), chopped

1 popcorn maker or lidded pot
1 microwave-safe bowl (glass recommended)

Instructions

Pop the popcorn.
Chop the Mars Bars into small pieces.
Melt the Mars Bars in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes and stir to mix.
Stir Mars Bars through popped corn until all corn is coated.

Tip

Pop popcorn using a popcorn maker or in a lidded pot with a tablespoon of butter.

Tip

I use glass to heat the Mars Bars in because it conducts the heat well.

Variation

You can swap Snickers for the Mars Bars if you prefer a nutty flavour.
