2 strawberries
topped and halved
⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
⅓ cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Make sure that all the brown sugar has dissolved.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice-cream.
