Chicken and corn chowder
- large chicken breast (diced)
- 2 potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 1 – 2 cups water
- 1 chicken stock cube (optional)
- 1 can creamed corn (440g)
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Bring to boil and then simmer until chicken cooked through and potatoes tender.
Blend. Suitable to freeze small portions.
