Ingredients
500g extra lean beef
1 clove garlic
minced
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
½ tsp salt
2 spring onions
finely chopped
1 egg
lightly beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup soy sauce
(60ml)
¼ cup oyster sauce
(60ml)
½ cup orange juice
(125ml)
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 clove small garlic
minced

- 1 oven tray
- 1 baking paper
- 1 small saucepan
- 1 mixing bowl
Instructions
- Heat oven to 210°C (190°C fan-forced) and line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Mix meatball ingredients together and roll 1 tablespoon of mixture for each meatball.
- Place on the oven tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Place glaze ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove meatballs from the oven and pour a teaspoon of glaze over each meatball.
- Continue to bake for a further 10 minutes.
- Remove meatballs from the oven and toss through the remaining glaze.
- Serve on a salad, steamed vegetables, rice noodles, rice or a combination of any of these.
