10 lemons
large
1.5kg sugar
4 cups water
10g epsom salts
10g citric acid
10g tartaric acid
Equipment
- 1 juicer
- 1 strainer
- 1 saucepan
- 1 sterilised bottles
Instructions
- Squeeze and strain juice of lemons.
- Heat the sugar and water until sugar dissolves.
- Mix all ingredients together, strain.
- Pour into prepared sterilised bottles.
