Ingredients
3 cups sugar
4 water
14 slices ginger root
4 cups lemon juice
2 lemons
sliced
Equipment
- 1 large saucepan
Instructions
- In large saucepan, combine sugar, water and ginger. Heat to boiling, stirring occassionally.
- Stir in lemon juice. Cool for 15 minutes. Refrigerate for a hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
