Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
½ cup caster sugar
2 eggs
slightly beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 vanilla
¼ cup raisins
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 oven
- 1 bowl
- 1 baking dish or pan
- 1 plastic wrap
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175C.
- Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, stir to mix.
- Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25 minutes.
- Place plastic wrap on top of warm rice pudding and place in fridge to cool.
