Veal meatballs

The combination of veal and Asian flavours make these meatballs taste delicious. Great for finger food at parties.

Ingredients

  • 500g finely minced veal

  • 1 onion

    peeled and grated

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 egg

    beaten

  • vegetable oil

    for cooking

Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 frying pan

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Roll into little balls in clean, cold hands.
  3. Cook in frying pan in a little heated oil over medium heat till they have turned brown and cooked through.

Notes

Variation
Finely minced lean chicken, lamb, or beef may be used.
