Imaginative play is so much fun. Playing kings and queens is a great way to have your child use their imagination. They can play for hours.

What you need:

• Paper
• Scissors
• Safety pin
• Sticky tape
• Pencil
• Towel
• Jewellery

Activity:

Draw a crown template on a piece of paper.

Cut out the crown sticky tape it together where the ends meet so that it fits your child’s head.

Place the short end of a towel around your child’s shoulders and pin it at the front with a safety pin to create a robe.

Place the crown on your child’s head.

If you are creating a queen’s outfit,  add some royal jewellery to the dress-up outfit.
