Teach children about the different road and traffic signs and what each of them means. By letting them colour in these free printables they are more likely to remember them and pay attention to their warnings.
Most kids recognise the red STOP sign and distinct octagon shape. But ask your kids this: Where would they see this sign when they are riding their bikes? What should they do when they see it? It is also a great time to recap on the importance of looking both ways before moving off again.
