Ingredients
500g minced chicken
2 onions
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
carrot
zucchini
hokkien noodles
1 tbsp sweet and sour with plum sauce (Kantong)

Instructions
- Grate 1 onion and combine with minced chicken, tomato and worcestershire sauce.
- Make into small meatballs and cook in pan with small amount oil.
- Once cooked, remove from pan. Add 1 chopped onion, zucchini and carrots to pan.
- When onion is cooked add meatballs, sweet and sour sauce and hokkien noodles. Simmer until carrots are cooked.
