Ingredients
250g cream cheese
room temperature
1 small onion
minced
6 tbsp Tabasco
2 crab meat
drained
1 cob loaf
flaked almonds
Equipment
- 1 oven
- 1 baking tray
- 1 mixing bowl
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan forced.
- Mix cream cheese, onion, Tabasco and crab meat together.
- Slice off top of cob and hollow inside, reserving chunks of bread.
- Pour crab mixture into hollowed-out cob. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
- Place on baking tray with reserved bread chunks.
- Bake until almonds and chunks of bread are golden. Serve.
