Lunch box fruit kebabs

Are you looking for a lunch box friendly fruit snack? These fruit kebabs are threaded onto blunt pop sticks and are the perfect serving size for little ones.

Ingredients

  • 1 strawberries

  • 1 rockmelon

  • 1 tbsp honeydew melon

  • 1 small bunch grapes

Equipment

  • 1 melon baller
  • 1 paper towel
  • 1 kebab sticks

Instructions

  1. Slice rockmelon and honeydew melon in half and scoop out seeds.
  2. Using a melon baller, scoop balls from both and drain on paper towel.
  3. Remove grapes from the stems.
  4. Thread the melon balls, grapes and strawberries onto the sticks and chill.

Notes

Tip
Don’t forget to keep some for yourself! you deserve a cute little fruit snack too!
Variation
Of course you can use different fruits for these kebabs but just keep in mind that bananas will turn brown and that it’s not a good idea to use seedy fruit like cherries.
